CHURCH REUNION Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. Ridgecrest Baptist Church was begun in 1955 as a mission of Huffman Baptist and continues on today. Join us as we renew friendships and celebrate with new friends and brothers and sisters in Christ. All current and former members are invited. Donations accepted on day of the event. Gifts over the cost of the event will be gifted to the host church.

BAMA BUCKS OUTING The MIM Committee has planned a day trip to visit the Bama Bucks Restaurant & Animal Park located in Sardis City on Friday, April 26, 2024. We will leave the church at 10:00 a.m. Lunch is on your own. The church van is available for those who do not wish to drive. If you wish to visit the animal park, there is a $5 fee. For more information and to sign up, go to the kiosk in the Commons area. If you are not signed up, you may not be able to sit with the group.
RIDGECREST MISSION OPPORTUNITIES
1. SOUTH DAKOTA – 5/17-5/26/2024
We are looking for approximately 5 more people to help Jeremy & Sarah Mouw in Manderson, SD, complete the inside addition (2 bathrooms and 2 showers with storage) to the church. Group will be staying at the Mouws. Cost is approximately $450-500 plus meals traveling.
2. SOUTH DAKOTA – 4/4-4/12/2025
This is our yearly trip to Chanku Waste Ranch in Porcupine, SD, to help the Haddens and Deibles. Work will focus on meeting ranch needs in preparation for summer camp as well as construction needs in the community. Cost is $240 per person plus travel costs.

RIDGEKIDS SUPERHERO APPRECIATION AND VOLUNTEER TRAINING
Whether you are a current RidgeKids volunteer OR are interested in learning more about assisting in RidgeKids, you are invited to attend our luncheon on Sunday, April 28, right after the service, as we learn new ways to engage our children in God’s Word and honor our current volunteers. BABY/CHILD DEDICATION
This dedication celebration is scheduled for Sunday, May 12 (Mother’s Day), and is a commitment to put God first in your home and to trust in Him as you lead your family and parent your child. It is also a time to share with your closest friends and family what is important to you and to ask them for their prayers and support.
